Implementing change is never easy. Even when "the right thing to do" seems clear, there will be reluctance and resistance in some quarters!

 

We understand this - the job still has to get done, and changing practices and procedures seems like double the work. Initially, this may be the case but in order to accumulate we must speculate, have faith in "the right things" and have the confidence and strength of conviction to implement long term and sustainable change.

 

We will be both patient and persistent in our dealings with you. If something needs doing or saying, then these will not be avoided, albeit tactfully, appropriately and respectfully. Sometimes, the operation will take control of some planned improvement activities, and we understand this. However, such events will only serve to further prove the need for change, and for us to gain control of the operation and not vice versa!
